The overall process of the pure water machine consists of four parts: the first part is the pre-treatment system, the second part is the reverse osmosis system, the third part is the water balance system, and the fourth part is the electronic control system. The entire system is controlled by PLC and runs fully automatically without manual intervention. When the equipment has problems such as low water pressure or water leakage, it will send an alarm and shut down automatically for automatic protection when necessary. Various possible faults are visually displayed, sound and light alarms are issued, and self-protective shutdown is performed when necessary. The human-machine interface can dynamically display the overall operating status, pressure, pure water flow, wastewater flow, raw water conductivity, RO conductivity, water temperature, high pressure and other parameters (optional).

Installation Conditions
1. Ambient temperature: 15-35℃, relative humidity ≤80%.
2. Installation site: The ground is flat and waterproof, with smooth drainage and floor drains.
3. Water source: municipal tap water.
During operation, the water pressure should be maintained at 0.1-0.4Mpa, the water temperature should be 15-35°C, and a 1/2″ (4 minutes) inner wire ball valve should be installed.
If the source water quality cannot meet the above standards, it will cause excessive burden on the water machine, reduce the desalination rate of the reverse osmosis membrane, shorten the service life, and consume the downstream consumables too quickly. When this problem occurs, it is recommended to take corresponding measures and have the installation engineer propose a solution on site for user reference.
