This equipment is a new generation of high configuration sulfonic acid membrane electrolytic hypochlorous acid generator, designed for industrial, commercial and large public facilities. The equipment adopts advanced proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysis technology, with low concentration dilute brine as raw material, through electrolysis in the anode chamber to directly generate high concentration, high purity hypochlorous acid disinfectant. The core selling point of the whole machine is “high concentration coverage, pH precision adjustable, ultra-long life, top devices”, to ensure that the quality of liquid production and equipment stability have reached the industry-leading level.

• Diaphragm technology: The use of reinforced composite perfluorinated sulfonic acid ion membrane, with super chemical resistance and durability. Under the electric field, only H⁺ and Na⁺ were allowed to pass, and Cl⁻ and OH⁻ were isolated in the anode chamber, ensuring that the resulting hypochlorous acid was up to 98.9% pure and free of by-product salts.
• Electrode process: The anode is pure titanium substrate coated with nano ruthenium and iridium noble metal oxide coating, and the cathode is titanium material. Combined with the optimized flow channel design, the anti-scaling ability is strong, and the electrode life is measured to reach 30,000 hours, which is more than 2 times higher than the conventional electrolyzer.

• Control system core (PLC) : Siemens or Schneider brand industrial grade PLC, with high anti-interference and stability.
• Electrical components: Key control components such as relays, contactors and circuit breakers are selected from Schneider or ABB brands to ensure that the electrical control system runs fault-free for a long time under complex working conditions.
• Human-computer interaction: Equipped with bright color touch screen, support local/remote (Ethernet communication) dual-mode control, real-time monitoring of parameters, intuitive operation.

Key liquid pipelines: all pipelines, valves and pump heads in contact with electrolyte and hypochlorous acid solution are made of PTFE/PFA material with corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. It effectively solves the pain point of easy aging and leakage of the conventional UPVC/PVC pipeline in the environment of high temperature and high concentration of hypochlorous acid, and greatly improves the sealing safety and service life of the whole machine

• Automatic operation: PLC automatically matches the electrolyzing current and brine supply according to the set concentration. With automatic pour cleaning function, effectively delay electrode fouling, maintain electrode life.
• Safety interlock protection: Integrating multiple safety logic such as hydrogen concentration detection, electrolyte overtemperature protection, liquid level low limit power outage, and overcurrent/voltage protection to ensure absolute safety under unattended working conditions.
• Remote monitoring: Reserve standard RJ45 Ethernet interface, support MODBUS and other communication protocols, can be seamlessly connected to the user central control system (DCS/SCADA), realize remote start and stop, parameter adjustment and fault diagnosis.
