For decades, the standard for water disinfection has been the use of chlorine gas or commercial bulk sodium hypochlorite. However, these traditional methods carry significant risks and logistical burdens. Chlorine gas is highly toxic and requires specialized handling and emergency preparedness. Bulk sodium hypochlorite degrades over time, leading to inconsistent dosing and the formation of harmful byproducts. Furthermore, the transportation and storage of these hazardous materials pose a constant threat to both personnel and the surrounding community.
The SHOOT SHT-800G eliminates these challenges by producing sodium hypochlorite on-site, on-demand. This innovative approach utilizes a simple and also safe process of electrolysis, converting a basic brine solution (salt dissolved in water) into a consistent and reliable stream of disinfectant. This method is not just a replacement for older technologies; it is a fundamental upgrade in how we ensure water safety.
1. A New Era of Safety and Reliability
With the SHOOT SHT-800G, safety is not an afterthought; it is the foundation. By generating sodium hypochlorite at a low concentration (typically 0.8%), our system eradicates the risks associated with handling and storing high-concentration chemicals.
1. Eliminate Hazardous Materials: Say goodbye to the transportation and storage of bulky, corrosive, and potentially dangerous chemicals. The SHT-800G uses only common salt, a non-hazardous and readily available raw material. This significantly reduces the risk of accidental spills and exposure to toxic fumes.
2. On-Demand Production for Freshness and Potency: The on-site generation process ensures that the sodium hypochlorite solution is always fresh and at its optimal potency. Unlike commercial hypochlorite, which degrades over time and can lose its disinfection power, the SHT-800G delivers a consistent concentration, guaranteeing effective water treatment day in and day out. This eliminates the need for frequent testing and adjustment of dosing rates due to chemical degradation.
3. Reduced Byproduct Formation: The fresh, stable sodium hypochlorite produced by the SHT-800G minimizes the formation of disinfection byproducts (DBPs) such as trihalomethanes (THMs) and haloacetic acids (HAAs), which are potential health concerns. This helps water plants meet increasingly stringent water quality standards.
4. Integrated Safety Features: The SHOOT SHT-800G is equipped with multiple safety interlocks and sensors. These include leak detection, hydrogen ventilation, and automatic shutdown protocols to ensure the system operates safely under all conditions.

2. Drive Down Costs, Maximize Your Budget
For small waterworks, every dollar counts. SHT-800G is a smart investment that delivers significant and also sustainable cost savings, freeing up valuable resources for other critical operational needs.
1. Lower Chemical Costs: The primary raw material for the SHT-800G is salt, which is significantly more affordable than commercial sodium hypochlorite or chlorine gas. This translates to substantial long-term savings on chemical procurement.
2. Eliminate Transportation and Storage Expenses: By producing disinfectant on-site, you eliminate the recurring costs of chemical transportation, including fuel surcharges and specialized handling fees. You also free up the space and resources previously dedicated to storing hazardous materials.
3. Reduced Maintenance and Labor: The SHT-800G is designed for durability and minimal maintenance. Its automated operation reduces the need for constant monitoring and also manual adjustments by operators, allowing your team to focus on other important tasks. The robust construction and also high-quality components ensure a long service life with minimal downtime.
4. Payback in Record Time: The combined savings on chemicals, transportation, and labor result in a rapid return on investment. SHT-800G is not just an operational upgrade; it is a sound financial decision that will benefit your water plant for years to come.
3. Intelligent Design for Effortless Operation
SHT-800G is engineered for simplicity and ease of use, making advanced disinfection technology accessible to water plants of all sizes, regardless of their technical expertise.
1. Fully Automated System: The SHT-800G operates automatically, continuously monitoring and also adjusting its production to meet the specific disinfection needs of your water system. The intuitive control panel provides a clear and also concise overview of the system’s status and performance.
2. User-Friendly Interface: The system features a simple and intuitive interface that allows for easy operation and monitoring. Minimal training is required for your staff to confidently manage the disinfection process.
3. Compact and Modular Design: The space-saving design of the SHT-800G makes it easy to install in existing water treatment facilities with limited space. Its modular construction also allows for easy expansion if your water plant’s capacity needs to grow in the future.
4. Remote Monitoring and Control (Optional): For added convenience and peace of mind, the SHT-800G can be equipped with an optional remote monitoring and control system. This allows operators to track the system’s performance and receive alerts on their smartphones or computers, ensuring that they are always in control, even when they are off-site.
