It represents the pinnacle of safety, efficiency, and intelligent control. Moreover, it provides a powerful, on-demand disinfection solution that healthcare facilities can trust.
Our commitment to quality is recognized worldwide. As a result, the SHT-1000G is a trusted system in over 30 countries and regions, setting a new global benchmark for water safety.
1. The Critical Need for On-Site Generation in Hospitals
Traditionally, many facilities have relied on the bulk purchase and storage of commercial bleach. However, this method carries significant risks and inefficiencies. The SHT-1000G eliminates these challenges through on-site generation (OSG).
Here’s why OSG is the superior choice for modern hospitals:
1. Enhanced Safety. First and foremost, safety is paramount. Transporting and storing large quantities of high-concentration chemical bleach is inherently hazardous. It poses risks of spills, chemical degradation, and exposure to staff. The SHT-1000G generates a low-concentration, 0.8% sodium hypochlorite solution using only salt, water, and also electricity. Consequently, it drastically reduces chemical handling risks and creates a safer work environment.
2. Guaranteed Potency and Freshness. Commercial bleach degrades over time. Its disinfectant power weakens during transport and storage. This can lead to inconsistent treatment results. In contrast, the SHT-1000G produces a fresh, highly active solution on-demand. This ensures maximum disinfection efficacy every single time, providing peace of mind and regulatory compliance.
3. Significant Cost Reduction. Bulk chemical purchasing involves ongoing expenses for transport, storage, and handling. The SHT-1000G uses common, inexpensive salt as its only consumable. As a result, operational costs are significantly lower. Many facilities report a return on investment in a very short period.
4. Environmental Responsibility. On-site generation reduces the carbon footprint associated with chemical manufacturing and transportation. It eliminates the need for plastic drums and containers, minimizing waste. This aligns perfectly with the sustainability goals of modern healthcare institutions.

SIEMENS is a global leader in automation technology, known for its exceptional reliability at the same time. This PLC provides precise, automated control over the entire generation process. Furthermore, it ensures consistent output, optimizes efficiency, and offers robust performance, 24/7. Its stability is crucial for hospital applications where system failure is not an option.
3. Schneider Electric Components. All key low-voltage electrical components, such as contactors, relays, and circuit breakers, are sourced from Schneider Electric. Schneider is another global giant, synonymous with safety and durability. Using their components guarantees the electrical integrity and longevity of the system. In addition, it ensures the highest level of protection for the equipment and operators.
4. SEKO Dosing Pumps. Accurate dosing is critical for effective wastewater treatment. The SHT-1000G is equipped with high-precision dosing pumps from SEKO. Meanwhile, SEKO is a world-renowned Italian brand famous for its expertise in fluid handling technology. These pumps deliver the exact amount of sodium hypochlorite solution required, preventing under-dosing or wasteful over-dosing. Consequently, this ensures optimal disinfection while maintaining cost control.
4. Advanced Technology for Modern Healthcare
The SHT-1000G is designed for the connected, digital age. It incorporates smart features that simplify operation and enhance oversight.
1. Intelligent Remote Monitoring and Control. A key feature of the SHT-1000G is its network connectivity. The system can be connected to the internet via a standard network port. This enables authorized personnel to monitor system status, review operational data, and also even control the generator remotely from a central control room or an off-site location. This capability is invaluable for large hospital complexes and for facilities requiring expert oversight without an on-site specialist.
2. User-Friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface). The system features a clear, intuitive touchscreen interface. All operational parameters, alarms, and also system statuses are displayed in an easy-to-understand format. This simplifies daily operation, reduces the need for extensive training, and minimizes the chance of human error.
3. Fully Automated, Unattended Operation. The SHT-1000G operates automatically. It monitors the level of solution in the storage tank and starts or stops the generation process as needed. It also features a comprehensive set of self-diagnostics and alarms for conditions like low salt levels, high temperatures, or system faults. This “hands-off” operation allows hospital staff to focus on their core responsibilities.
5. A Trusted Partner in Over 30 Countries
Our global success is not an accident. It is the result of a relentless focus on quality, performance, and also customer support. The SHT-1000G has been successfully deployed in hospitals, water treatment plants, and industrial facilities across Asia, Africa, Europe, and also the Americas.
This international footprint demonstrates the system’s versatility and also its ability to meet diverse international standards. When you choose the SHT-1000G, you are choosing a technology that is tested, proven, and trusted by professionals around the world.
