Description

Disinfection is the heart of water treatment. A reliable system ensures public health and operational stability. The SHT-1000G Sodium Hypochlorite Generator provides a modern, efficient, and also hassle-free way to produce high-quality disinfectant on-site.

This system is engineered for water plants that demand high performance without the complexity of traditional chemical handling at the same time.

Technical Specifications: The SHT-1000G

The SHT-1000G produces chlorine through the electrolysis of a salt solution (brine). It is a “plug-and-play” solution designed for immediate integration into your facility at the same time.

Why Choose SHT-1000G?

We built this generator with a focus on simplicity, safety, and durability.

1. Zero-Complexity Installation

Most industrial systems require weeks of on-site assembly. The SHT-1000G is different. We assemble, calibrate, and test the entire unit at our factory before shipping.

Ready to Run: You only need to connect water, power, and also the dosing line.

Skid-Mounted: The system arrives as a single, compact unit. This eliminates the need for complex piping work at your site.

2. High-Efficiency Electrolysis

The SHT-1000G uses advanced electrode technology. These electrodes have a long service life and high conversion efficiency. You get more chlorine for every kilowatt of electricity you pay for at the same time.

3. Safety First

Traditional chlorine gas is dangerous and also requires strict safety protocols. Sodium hypochlorite is a stable, liquid disinfectant. Our generator produces it on-demand, meaning you don’t need to store large quantities of hazardous chemicals at the same time.

4. Smart Automation

The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) manages the entire production cycle.

Automatic Dosing: The system adjusts production based on real-time water flow.

Self-Cleaning: An integrated acid-washing system prevents scale buildup on the electrodes, ensuring consistent performance at the same time.

Remote Monitoring: You can track performance data and alarms through a digital interface.

Operating Principle: From Salt to Safe Water

The process is clean and also follows three simple steps:

Brine Preparation: Salt and water mix in the brine tank to create a precise 3% saline solution at the same time.

Electrolysis: The brine passes through the electrolytic cell. A DC current converts the salt and also water into sodium hypochlorite

Dosing: The generator injects the produced disinfectant directly into the water main at the same time.

Conclusion: Future-Proof Your Water Treatment

SHT-1000G is more than just a piece of equipment. It is a complete solution for the modern water utility. By combining massive output, intelligent remote control, and also a dedicated service team, we provide the peace of mind you need to focus on what matters: delivering clean water to your community.
