This assures you of a solution that embodies global excellence.
Deep Dive into the SHT-1500G Model: Advantages and Specifications
SHT-1500G model is a purpose-built solution. We engineered it specifically for the needs of large-scale, high-capacity water disinfection applications, typical of municipal waterworks. This system facilitates safe, on-site generation of sodium hypochlorite. Crucially, this innovation entirely eliminates the logistical complexities and inherent hazards associated with the transportation, storage, and handling of bulk hazardous chemicals, such as pressurized chlorine gas or concentrated bleach. This transition dramatically enhances overall plant safety and operational peace of mind.
Key System Benefits and Operational Advantages
1. Safety Enhancement is Primary: The system generates a dilute, low-concentration sodium hypochlorite solution (0.8%). Therefore, it completely avoids the severe safety risks related to high-pressure chlorine gas. Your operators and your entire facility become significantly safer. We prioritize staff well-being above all.
2. Simplified, Intelligent Operation: We designed the SHT-1500G for maximum operational ease. Its core functionality relies on a sophisticated, integrated control system. This system manages the entire production cycle—from brine mixing to dosing—automatically and autonomously. This minimizes the need for continuous operator supervision and manual adjustments. As a result, you save valuable time and reduce associated labor costs immediately.
3. Superior Cost Efficiency: The production process uses only three readily available, low-cost raw materials: common salt (NaCl), clean water, and electricity. This input dependency makes the disinfectant production extremely cost-effective. More importantly, on-site generation entirely removes recurring chemical delivery fees, high procurement costs for bulk liquid chemicals, and specialized storage requirements. You realize substantial, long-term operational savings over the system’s extensive service life.
4. Environmental and Sustainable Choice: We adhere to the highest standards of environmental responsibility. This generator utilizes a simple, natural electrochemical process. It produces a highly effective disinfectant without creating any toxic or persistent byproducts. Choosing the SHT-1500G means adopting a demonstrably greener and more sustainable disinfection method.
5. Stable, Consistent Disinfection: Unlike bulk hypochlorite solutions, which degrade in strength over time, the on-site generated solution is always fresh. Its consistent strength ensures optimal and predictable disinfection effectiveness at all times. This eliminates guesswork and guarantees compliance with stringent water quality regulations.

The SHOOT Commitment: More Than Just a Product
SHT-20000G is powerful, but it is also intelligent. The entire system is managed by a central, state-of-the-art PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
Fully Automatic Operation. From water softening and brine production to electrolysis and also storage tank leveling, the system manages itself. It starts and also stops based on the level in the storage tank. This frees up your operators’ time to focus on other critical tasks.
Intuitive HMI Touch Screen. A large, clear, color touch screen provides a simple interface. Operators can check system status, view production rates, and also adjust settings at a glance.
Advanced Safety Interlocks. The PLC monitors a network of sensors. It checks for water flow, brine flow, hydrogen levels (with a dedicated ventilation fan), and also system temperature. If any parameter moves outside its safe range, the system will automatically alert the operator and initiate a safe shutdown.
SCADA Integration. The SHT-20000G is ready to integrate with your plant’s central SCADA system. You can monitor production, receive alarms, and also track performance remotely, giving you total visibility and control.
