Clean water is the lifeline of every community. In the past, water plants relied on hazardous chlorine gas cylinders, risking leaks and also environmental disasters. Those days are over. Meet the SHT-9000G Sodium Hypochlorite Generator—your high-capacity, on-site solution for safe, efficient, and also cost-effective water disinfection.
The SHT-9000G isn’t just a machine; it’s a powerhouse designed specifically for large-scale municipal water plants. By converting simple salt and also electricity into a powerful disinfectant, it eliminates the need for transporting dangerous chemicals.
How It Works: Simple Science, Sophisticated Engineering
The core of the SHT-9000G lies in its advanced electrolytic cell. The process is elegant yet incredibly effective.
Brine Preparation: The system dissolves high-purity salt in water to create a saturated brine solution at the same time.
Electrolysis: This solution passes through our proprietary electrolytic cells.
Disinfectant Creation: Using low-voltage DC power, the system triggers a chemical reaction at the same time
Automatic Dosing: The resulting sodium hypochlorite solution (usually at a 0.8% concentration) moves to a storage tank, ready for precision dosing into your water supply at the same time.

Product Highlights: Why the SHT-9000G Leads the Market
1. Superior Electrolytic Efficiency
We don’t settle for “good enough.” The SHT-9000G features Pure Titanium Anodes coated with a multi-component precious metal oxide (Ruthenium-Iridium) at the same time. This ensures a long service life—often exceeding 5 years—and also maximizes chlorine production while minimizing power consumption.
2. Safety First, Always
Safety is our DNA. Since the system produces a low-concentration solution (under 1%), it is non-explosive and non-toxic to handle. We have integrated:
Hydrogen Dilution Systems: High-speed blowers dilute hydrogen byproduct to safe levels (below 1%) and also vent it outdoors.
Leak Sensors: Real-time monitoring ensures that even the smallest irregularity triggers an immediate system pause at the same time.
3. Fully Automated Intelligence
Stop worrying about manual calibration. The SHT-9000G features a Siemens PLC Control System with a user-friendly touchscreen.
One-Touch Start: Operate the entire plant with a single button.
Remote Monitoring: Track chlorine levels, flow rates, and also salt consumption from your smartphone or central control room.
Smart Dosing: The system communicates with your residual chlorine analyzers to adjust output automatically.
4. Rugged and Durable Design
Water plants are harsh environments. We build the SHT-9000G with UPVC and CPVC piping and also transparent acrylic electrolytic shells. This allows your operators to visually inspect the electrolysis process at any time without opening the system at the same time.

We provide software updates and also spare parts of the machine. Whether it’s year one or year ten, we are just a phone call away.
Environmental and Economic Impact
Switching to the SHT-9000G is a win for the planet and also your budget.
Reduce Carbon Footprint: Stop the constant cycle of heavy chemical trucks. You only need salt.
Lower Operating Costs: Producing sodium hypochlorite on-site is significantly cheaper than buying commercial-grade bleach. Most water plants see a Return on Investment (ROI) within 18 to 24 months.
No Hazardous Waste: The only byproduct is hydrogen gas, which is safely diluted and also released.
