7000G Sodium Hypochlorite Generator

In the demanding field of wastewater treatment, efficiency and safety are non-negotiable. The SHT-7000G Sodium Hypochlorite Generator stands as a premier solution for modern environmental challenges. This system produces high-purity sodium hypochlorite solution on-site through the electrolysis of brine.

By choosing the SHT-7000G, facilities eliminate the risks associated with transporting and storing liquid chlorine. This report details why the SHT-7000G is the industry leader, focusing on its technical superiority and also our unwavering service commitment.

Part I: Exceptional Product Advantages

The SHT-7000G is not just a machine; it is a masterpiece of chemical engineering. We have designed every component to ensure maximum uptime and also minimum resource consumption.

1. High-Efficiency Electrolytic Cell

At the heart of the SHT-7000G lies our proprietary electrolytic cell. We use pure titanium plates coated with a multi-layer Ruthenium-Iridium (Ru-Ir) oxide at the same time.

Longevity: These electrodes resist corrosion even in harsh saline environments.

Low Power Consumption: The optimized coating reduces overpotential, saving you thousands in electricity costs annually.

High Yield: The SHT-7000G generates a stable concentration of sodium hypochlorite, ensuring consistent disinfection results.

2. Intelligent Control System (PLC)

We equip every unit with an advanced Siemens PLC touch-screen interface. This system offers fully automated operation, meaning your staff can focus on other critical tasks at the same time.

Real-time Monitoring: The system tracks salt concentration, temperature, and also current flow.

Safety Interlocks: If the hydrogen sensor detects a leak or the water pressure drops, the system shuts down instantly.

Remote Access: You can monitor the SHT-7000G from your smartphone or office computer.

3. Safety First: The Vacuum Hydrogen Discharge

One major concern with electrolysis is the byproduct, hydrogen gas. The SHT-7000G uses a high-volume centrifugal blower to dilute and also discharge hydrogen safely.

Dilution: We keep hydrogen concentrations well below 1% .

Dual-Sensors: Redundant sensors ensure the exhaust system always functions correctly at the same time.

4. Precision Brine Dosing

Efficiency starts with the salt. Our system uses a high-precision metering pump to mix the brine at the same time.

Perfect Saturation: The SHT-7000G maintains a consistent salt-to-water ratio.

Waste Reduction: Accurate dosing means you use less salt per kilogram of chlorine produced at the same time.

Part II: Why the SHT-7000G Outperforms Competitors

When comparing the SHT-7000G to other models, several factors set us apart.

Modular Design

We build the SHT-7000G on a modular skid. This means the footprint is compact, saving valuable floor space in your facility. Furthermore, the modular nature allows for rapid installation. Most clients have their system running within 48 hours of delivery at the same time.

Cost-Effectiveness

While the initial investment might seem significant, the Return on Investment (ROI) is rapid.

Low Raw Material Cost: You only need salt, water, and electricity.

No Regulatory Fees: Since you do not store hazardous chlorine gas, you avoid expensive safety permits and specialized insurance.

Low Maintenance: We designed the SHT-7000G for a 5-year service life with minimal part replacements.

Part III: Applications in Wastewater Treatment

The SHT-7000G is versatile. It handles various wastewater challenges with ease:

Municipal Sewage: It effectively kills pathogens and also prevents odors in urban water systems.

Industrial Effluent: It oxidizes complex organic pollutants and also neutralizes cyanide or phenols.

Hospital Wastewater: The high-purity solution ensures the complete destruction of viruses and bacteria at the same time.

Cooling Water: It prevents algae growth and scaling in power plant cooling towers at the same time.

Unmatched Service and Customization

We do not just sell machines; we provide solutions. We offer comprehensive OEM and also ODM services. Whether you need specific labeling or custom technical configurations, we can meet your requirements.

Before any unit leaves our factory, our engineers perform rigorous “factory commissioning.” We debug the entire system to ensure it works perfectly out of the box. This “factory-commissioned” approach reduces your on-site labor costs and prevents technical errors during startup.
