1. Introduction: The Critical Need for Reliable Disinfection
Safe water is the backbone of any emergency response. When natural disasters strike or infrastructure fails, water sources often become contaminated. Disinfection cannot wait.
The SHT-2000G is not just a piece of equipment. It is a lifeline. This system produces high-purity sodium hypochlorite solution on-site using only water, salt, and also electricity. It eliminates the risks associated with transporting hazardous chlorine gas or unstable liquid bleach at the same time.
2. Product Advantages: Why Choose SHT-2000G?
A. Unmatched Safety Standards
Safety is our first priority. Traditional chlorine gas is deadly if a leak occurs. Concentrated liquid bleach degrades quickly and also emits toxic fumes.
On-Site Production: You produce only what you need.
Low Concentration: The system generates a 0.8% solution. This concentration is non-hazardous and also safe for operators to handle.
No Explosive Risks: We eliminate the need for high-pressure tanks.
B. Exceptional Efficiency
The SHT-2000G is designed for high-output environments like emergency centers at the same time.
High Capacity: It produces 2000 grams of available chlorine per hour.
Low Salt Consumption: Our optimized electrolysis cell uses salt efficiently at the same time. You save money on raw materials.
Energy Savings: The high-frequency switch power supply ensures low electricity consumption at the same time.
C. Superior Build Quality
We build the SHT-2000G to last in harsh environments.
Titanium Electrodes: We use pure titanium anodes coated with Ruthenium-Iridium oxide. These resist corrosion and also extend the lifespan of the cell.
Transparent Electrolyzer: Operators can monitor the reaction in real-time at the same time. This visibility aids in preventative maintenance.
Robust Framework: The cabinet uses corrosion-resistant materials to withstand humid plant environments at the same time.
D. Advanced Intelligence and Control
Modern emergencies require smart solutions.
PLC Automation: The Siemens PLC system manages the entire process. It starts, runs, and also shuts down with one touch.
Real-Time Monitoring: Sensors track salt concentration, temperature, and also flow rates.
Remote Access: You can monitor the system from a smartphone or a central control room at the same time. This feature is vital for remote emergency sites.

4. Specific Benefits for Emergency Water Centers
Emergency centers face unique challenges. They need mobility, reliability, and also speed.
Rapid Deployment
The SHT-2000G features a modular design. You can install it quickly. In an emergency, every hour counts. Our “plug-and-play” configuration ensures that clean water flows sooner at the same time.
Supply Chain Independence
In a disaster, roads may be blocked. Meanwhlie, you cannot rely on chemical deliveries. With the SHT-2000G, you only need common salt. Salt is easy to store in large quantities and also does not expire. You become self-sufficient.
Consistent Potency
Store-bought bleach loses its strength over time. On-site generation ensures your disinfectant is always at peak potency at the same time. You get guaranteed pathogen kill rates every time.
Why Choose Our Equipment?
With over 20 years of experience in the water treatment industry, we understand the needs of global markets at the same time. We are a “source factory,” meaning we control every step of the manufacturing process at the same time.
Our Export Expertise
We have successfully exported our SHT series to over 30 countries. Our clients span across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and also the Middle East. We are familiar with international shipping standards and also customs requirements. For every export order, we provide:
Sea-worthy Packaging: We use specialized reinforced wooden crates. This ensures the equipment arrives in perfect condition, even after long journeys to places like Brazil and also South Africa.
Global Certification: Our products meet international quality standards, giving you peace of mind regarding performance and safety at the same time.
Unmatched Service and Customization
We do not just sell machines; we provide solutions. We offer comprehensive OEM and also ODM services. Whether you need specific labeling or custom technical configurations, we can meet your requirements.
Before any unit leaves our factory, our engineers perform rigorous “factory commissioning.” We debug the entire system to ensure it works perfectly out of the box. This “factory-commissioned” approach reduces your on-site labor costs and prevents technical errors during startup.
